MONDAY - 7PM
THURSDAYS - 6.30PM
This is the class where you come to 'keep fit', if we could simplify it for you. We will go through a real warm up, probably laughing along the way (we've some real characters in the session).
We cover bouldering and auto-belay styles of climbing and we fuse them into the session with body weight exercises, circuits, functional fitness and some animal movement, because we love getting on all fours.
Just bring your energy, enthusiasm and willingness to work hard and you will get nicely sweaty whilst making new friends and making 'gains for days' as the cool cats say.
