THURSDAY 8AM - 9AM
These sessions are designed to ease you into your day whilst developing mental performance, giving you a calmer and more productive mindset and giving your body the mobility and structural integrity it needs. This is the good morning we all need to boost ourselves both mentally and physically. We will set-goals, meditate, do some flow movement and then wrap up with some knowledge exchange to give you something to work on away from the sessions.
