This is a session that is designed to pull together some of the more convoluted calisthenic exercises and really drill them. We will spend solid time on each exercise to find out which variant of the exercise currently works for you at your level of ability. Sweating is this session is probably very much on the menu, more so than any of the other sessions. Those calories are to be used up in the most appropriate way and so for that reason we will tie the class up through a circuit of the exercises we have worked with throughout the session. 
If you have an almost perverse enjoyment for exercise being brutal, then welcome in, take your place.
