Being a healthy human is much more than just one aspect of who we are. Fera's approach could summised as a wholistic set of technologies to move the sum of our whole forwards. Below is a list of how we can approach things, it's not exclusive, nor exhaustive, but the most successful results are when you consider working with a much of these as possible, thought the important thing is that this journey is initially psychological comfortable.
Once you've made your enquiry and filled in the questionnaire which will get sent out to you, we will arrange the Consultation to talk around the information you've provided and where we will look to go from this point. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and how we perceive managing expectations to look.
We will nail down the specifics that we are going to work with as we move forwards and schedule our first four weekly check-ins. These check-ins are where we build, amend and nurture your path. The intensity of content, pressure and pace will be based upon where you are psychologically and what will take us down the most efficient path. You'll also receive a comprehensive food recommendation programme to work with in order to start getting your energy aligned to your goals.
We will have a 5 Week Vision Overview to look at what has been done and where you are going. This will be a chunky session where we draw deeper on things for sure, look at goals setting and round up of the previous period.
