Join these yoga sessions, hosted by Skoti Pepper. Each week you’ll be guided through a session where you can practice wherever you are in the world. The class will typically last an hour, starting with a short moment of still mindfulness and then you’ll flow through a sequence that will open your body, offering flexibility and strength as part of the session with a couple of challenges along the way (or a bonus child’s pose, ha!). As a practitioner of movement, I always encourage people to work within their own means and own expression, as long as it is safe to do so.
Each week you will get sent a link that will give you access to the class. So come and join the rest of the yogis as we flow together in this live session, wherever in the world you may be.
Feel free to do as many or as little as you’d like.
