What To Expect
As a practitioner I work and understand certain things when they are in action, so there will be invariable times where the flow of the session may be somewhat different to a regular class, as I will be doing a lot of trail and error with formats etc.
There will be information shared and I welcome other's input too, you may find it at times remedial, sometimes a bit abstract, just roll with it. We are going to be covering the basics of movement, including posture, mindfulness, anatomy, breathing techniques amongst other things. You should walk away feeling resourced and educated in some way, rather than feeling like your body has taken a beating.
There will be homework for you to do in order to keep you present with course and maximise results, So keeping on top of this is going to be something you'll be asked to do. Honesty is more important though, so I can work of real information and not idealogical information.

Community & Communication
Below is a button that links to a private Facebook group. Here you can share resources, ask questions to group etc. Also any announcements can be made through that. All I do ask, is that you keep the conversations relevant, useful and engaging, so please join the group to stay updated.
