Here you will find a list that is fairly comprehensive in terms of foods. It is advised that you stick to this as much as possible, obviously the more you stay committed the more you'll get out of your journey. We've gone to the effort to split the foods into categories for you to navigate accordingly. When doing acquiring said foods, please (where possible) avoid products that come in plastic wrapping, for two points really: 1) It's appalling for the environment, and 2) the way plastic degrades can get onto your food and then you ingest it wreaking havoc with your hormones and sending all sorts of stress signals in the long term.  Obviously, living in the westernised world we can struggle to avoid plastic, but as suggest 'where possible'. Additionally, going for organic options is always going to serve you better in the long run, so just be mindful of these pointers when making your decisions.
