 Utilise this page to journal your food for the next week. In terms of guidance I would say try and keep in mind the following:

  • Remain truthful. This is a place of none judgement and complete empathy for your journey, we just want to know what is going in and then you can be given information in line with that is so you can make your own decisions. Lack of information can often equal a true lack of choice.

  • During each time slot document the following:

    • Snack/Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch/Dinner/Supper

    • Food/drink/supplement

    • Brand

    • Product

    • Quantity

    • Any accoutrements

    • How you felt afterwards

  • Fill it out each day for 7 days, attempt to get at least two work days in and two leisure days in.
